Leader Biography

Ally Coe brings more than 45 years of experience across State and Federal Government, with a career in Aboriginal Affairs that began at the Department of Aboriginal Affairs in Canberra in 1974. Over decades of public service, he has worked across policy, program delivery and community engagement, building deep expertise and trusted relationships nationwide.

In 2012, Ally returned home to Condobolin to support the administration of the Native Title agreement with Evolution Mining, contributing to long-term outcomes for his community. A key achievement throughout his career has been establishing strong partnerships with corporate organisations across Australia to create sustainable opportunities.

Ally’s focus areas include education, training, employment and business development, with a commitment to strengthening pathways that support economic participation and community development.

Community Economic Work

Connections and partnerships with Mining Companies and Renewable Energy entities. Major partnership with NSW Training Services in areas of Job Ready Programmes to equip the unemployed community members with skills to attain meaningful jobs.
