Dale is a sixth-generation Mandingalbay Yidinji man with a deep passion for working with people, culture, and land. His career has included roles with the Wet Tropics Management Authority, a local Native Title Registered Body, and his current position as Operations Manager and Director at the Mandingalbay Yidinji Aboriginal Corporation (MYAC). In this role, he oversees not only the protection of natural and cultural values but also workforce development and the creation of opportunities for the wider community.

Driven by a vision for intergenerational change, Dale is committed to pushing boundaries and thinking beyond borders. Tourism, particularly through Mandingalbay Authentic Indigenous Tours (MAIT) – www.mandingalbay.com.au – plays a key role in his mission to strengthen and improve the connection between Land, Culture, and people for generations to come.
