Ngarliyarndu Bindirri Aboriginal Corporation or NBAC is not native title based and exists to build self-determination in local aboriginal people living around the West Pilbara Coast. All community projects and initiatives are funded by its social enterprise Brida Pty Ltd (Brida). Brida has key commercial contracts with large industry leaders such as Rio Tinto where we provide cleaning, grounds maintenance, reticulation and weed management services. We are in a turnaround phase, with a failed retail acquisition written down, drift from core purpose and services and bloated management structure recently put behind us, we are repositioning the organisation for organic growth and scale while innovating with technology to capture higher workforce participation among local people.
