From his role as the Owner of The River Café and Gallery Beauty Point, where he transformed a struggling enterprise into a renowned destination, to his tenure as CEO of Walters IGA, overseeing strategic restructuring, cost reduction, and improved profitability. Richard’s expertise also includes a significant contribution as General Manager at DFS Gold Coast, where he substantially increased sales and elevated the store’s profile. His early career involved designing and building the retail division of Warner Bros. Movie World, eventually becoming the Managing Director of Warner Bros Studio Stores.
