Delys has more than 25 years extensive experience in business development, supporting others in their business journey and for herself.  She managed the Chamber of Commerce in the Peel Region of WA, assisted a not-for-profit to set up a micro financing venture in Cambodia, and has in recent years worked with Traditional Owners of an Indigenous corporation as the Deputy CEO in Derby, and desert communities as their Community Development Advisor.
