Six months ago, we chatted with Sandra from Active Care Nursing Agency in Mildura VIC, to hear about the first 18 months of her business journey. Since then, Sandra’s business has continued to grow at a rapid pace.
Now Active Care Nursing Agency has over 70 employees and over 50 clients. Sandra has expanded her business into Queensland and has over 15 clients already onboard. She is also hoping to start offering her age care services in Harvey Bay NSW, later this year. With support from Richard, her Many Rivers business coach, Sandra is trying to secure a large loan from a bank to set up respite accommodation in the short term, as this is a quick investment that will help her grow even faster.
Over the next few years, Sandra is looking to become an NDIS provider; however, this is a longer process and is one of the long-term goals for Active Care Nursing Agency. At the moment, one of the biggest challenges for Sandra is the workload of trying to keep up with the rate of growth in her business while also working towards these important short and long-term goals. We can’t wait to journey with Sandra as her business continues to grow.
