Lorinda is based in Roma and brings nine years of experience in the community and engagement sector. She is passionate about helping her community thrive and works across the seven shires in the Darling Downs and South West Queensland region.
With five years in vocational training and assessment, Lorinda has developed strong mentoring skills and a solid foundation in vocational pathways. She has worked extensively with people from diverse backgrounds, including those facing challenges with language, literacy, and numeracy, and is dedicated to helping them overcome barriers to achieve their goals.
Originally from South Africa, Lorinda has lived in rural and remote regions of Western Australia and Queensland since 2007. Her personal experience running a micro-business, combined with her deep appreciation of diverse cultures, allows her to bring authentic, meaningful conversations into her work with clients.
Now part of the Many Rivers team as a Business Coach in Roma and Central Queensland, Lorinda is eager to support local entrepreneurs and small business owners on their journey to success.
