Karen Kemp

Karen Kemp has lived on a rural property all her life on the outskirts of the Hilltops Region and is a proud Wiradjuri woman. Karen has an extensive career in employment, education, training , business & economic development, strategic planning, relationship management and small business consulting.
Karen has run several small businesses in hospitality, accommodation services and the transport industry which are all still going strong today.
Karen has worked across all levels of government and spent 11 years as a State appointed Director on the Southern Area Health Board. Karen graduated from Charles Sturt University and loved the challenges of studying and working full time. Karen has extensive experience working for not-for-profit organisations organisations and is able to bring these diverse skills to her new role with Many Rivers as a Community Economic Development Manager in the Southern NSW-ACT region.
