Nicole has more than thirty five years of experience in community development, education, capacity building and business development across the Northern Territory. She is strongly committed to supporting people in need and is particularly passionate about helping individuals and families create strategic pathways that lead to stronger livelihoods and long term opportunities.
Throughout her career, Nicole has facilitated intergenerational programs, supported microenterprise development and led community driven initiatives grounded in consultation, cultural understanding and sustainable outcomes. Her work spans both government and non government systems and reflects her deep belief in empowering communities to drive their own futures.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Education, a Master of Educational Studies in Bilingual and Aboriginal Studies and a Doctor of Teaching from Charles Darwin University, specialising in Intergenerational Education and Community Development.
