Rose Mwinuka Mbeyela is a Microfinance Development Manager with extensive experience in financial education, small business development, and community engagement across regional Western Australia. She has previously worked as a Bank Lending Specialist and Financial Literacy Trainer, supporting clients with loan assessments, budgeting, and practical financial planning.
Rose brings over a decade of experience in operational and financial management through her leadership roles in Mbeyela Mining and her own small business enterprise. She has also successfully delivered cultural and wellbeing initiatives, including developing, funding, and implementing Mental Health First Aid training programs. Her governance experience includes serving as a Board Member for Christian City Church and previously for the Sandalwood Family Centre in Kalgoorlie.
Currently, Rose serves as President of the African Goldfields Community in Kalgoorlie, providing strategic leadership to initiatives that promote cultural identity, community cohesion, and economic participation. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Business in Finance, and is currently completing a Diploma of Financial Counselling.
Rose has joined Many Rivers as a business coach in Western Australia and is committed to supporting small business owners and community initiatives in the region.
