Andreea’s senior executive experience, specific to the NT local and federal government context has seen her deliver key strategic projects, while ensuring culturally-informed best practice stakeholder  and project management are prioritised.

Michael Joubert is a Microenterprise Development Manager with Many Rivers, based in Karratha in the Pilbara, and originally from Cape Town, South Africa. With over 23 years’ experience across Australia (2024) and South Africa, he has supported business owners through growth, change, and tough trading conditions across various SME’s, retail, franchising, and project delivery.

Alan brings more than 25 years of experience across sales, distribution, and management, beginning in the FMCG sector and more recently in senior leadership roles within retail financial services. His experience includes working at both state and national levels, particularly within franchising environments.

Helen has worked in the Microfinance, Tertiary Education, Community Development and Health sectors for over 30 years.  She is a trained coach and as well running her own business has set up a business network which is still very active 25 years later.

I spent 20 years in the Pilbara region working in construction and mining, where reliability and practical problem-solving are essential.

Sue Day has over 25 years of experience in small business management and has started four businesses herself. She also spent more than 16 years as a Business Manager for Foodworks Supermarkets, covering Queensland, including Western Queensland and the Torres Strait. She has a strong passion for working in small communities and understands the unique challenges of remote areas. She thrives on helping people improve their lives by building skills, knowledge, and confidence to try new things in their work and business.

Rose Mbeyela

Rose Mwinuka Mbeyela is a Microfinance Development Manager with extensive experience in financial education, small business development, and community engagement across regional Western Australia. She has previously worked as a Bank Lending Specialist and Financial Literacy Trainer, supporting clients with loan assessments, budgeting, and practical financial planning.
