Melissa Callanan is an MBA-qualified executive leader and admitted legal practitioner with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Education and extensive experience across business development, philanthropy, the arts sector, and community leadership. Working in business development roles within the arts sector and for UWA Business School, Melissa secured significant funding and partnership support for community and cultural initiatives.

Adrian Sampson

Adrian has over 20 years’ experience, across 5 countries, leading complex, publicly accountable and large-scale service portfolios within infrastructure, construction, maritime, hospitality, tourism, retail, and community services. While leading regional operations in Tasmania, Northern Territory and earlier hospitality and tourism initiatives across New Zealand, Adrian has worked closely with Indigenous groups, community organisations and culturally diverse stakeholders to co-design initiatives that support local employment, participation, and inclusive service delivery.

Nicole has over thirty five years experience  in community development, education, capacity building and business development in contexts across the Northern Territory. She has a strong commitment to assisting those in need and particularly passionate about assisting people in establishing strategic approaches that facilitate opportunities to create better livelihoods for themselves, their family group or their community.

He brings strong expertise in operations, leadership, and practical growth strategies, with a particular focus on low-cost start-up and early-stage business opportunities.

Fiona brings over a decade of hands-on experience across the food industry, small business ownership and business coaching. As a small business owner in both the UK and Australia, Fiona launched, scaled, and managed ventures across different markets and cultural landscapes.

Debbie has lived in Mildura for 20 years and went to high school in Coomealla, NSW. She has a strong understanding of Indigenous culture and is passionate about supporting her local community. Debbie has now joined Many Rivers as a Business Coach for the Victoria and Tasmania region. She is excited to support people in the area who want to start or grow their own small business.
