Jessie Stanley
Community Economic Development Manager | Tasmania and Victoria
Jessie began her career in tourism, which led her to working in Mongolia where she developed her interest in tourism as a pathway to community economic development. After returning to Australia, she has lived and worked in remote Indigenous communities in Arnhem Land and the Kimberly where she was a Business Manager/Mentor for a community owned tourism business. She moved to Tasmania from Brisbane with her family in 2007 and has held various roles at the University of Tasmania, the Tasmanian Government and more recently in natural resource management.
Jessie has joined Many Rivers as the Community Economic Development Manager and she brings diverse skills and experiences from various fields, including the travel industry, university marketing, small business, investment attraction and communications.
