Joy has lived in the Top End of the Northern Territory for over 30 years and has had extensive experience in the tourism industry, both in the private and public sector. Joy operated and managed successful tourism businesses before moving to business development roles within government, providing support to small business owners across all industries.
She has been fortunate to have spent many years living and working in remote communities and has a passion for supporting individuals and organisations to achieve their economic and social goals.
Joy’s region includes Arnhem Land, West Daly and Darwin.
