Leigh Aitken

Leigh Aitken has more than 30 years’ leadership and management experience, having worked with national and local organisations across a variety of business sectors. Leigh has first-hand experience as a sole trader, previously operating two small businesses. From 2005 to 2022 he ran a coaching and training consultancy where he personally worked with more than 9,000 people, including small business owners, to develop their business, leadership and management skills.
Leigh is passionate about helping others to become the best version of themselves and this is reflected in his personal life where he volunteers with Operation Flinders – an Adelaide based charity that provides a wilderness therapy program for young people experiencing life challenges. Leigh has personally led 14 expeditions and more recently volunteers in a leadership capacity with the organisation.
Leigh has spent most of his life living in Adelaide and has two adult children. Leigh is a very keen tennis player and enjoys bushwalking and some more extreme trekking adventures.
